1) Every five paid registrations in the same category earns an additional free registration (in the same category). To validate the courtesy registration, send an e-mail to inscricoes@aconteceeventos.com.br along with the five receipts of payment and proof of courtesy registration (no payment required). The courtesy registration will be automatically updated in the 20th ENQA registration system. This discount is not available to university professors, researchers and professionals

2) Registrations for undergraduate and graduate students (master’s, PhD and post doctorate) will only be validated upon the submission of proof of current enrollment (issued within 30 days from the date of registration). A digital copy of proof must be submitted via the registration system.

3) Registration for SBQ (Brazilian Chemical Society) members will be validated following the proof of annual fee payment, to be sent by the SBQ to the event’s organizing committee (http://www.sbq.org.br/pagina/taxas-sbq-2022).

4) Brazilian Chemical Society membership and information on annual fees and the affiliation process can be accessed via the website www.sbq.org.brand are the sole responsibility of the SBQ.

5) In the event of participants with paid registrations having to pull out, 50% of the registration amount may be refunded. Kindly notify the organizing committee of your withdrawal and refund request via e-mail inscricoes@aconteceeventos.com.br. The cutoff date for withdrawal-related refund requests is 08/25/2022. After this date, no refunds for event registration will be permitted.

6) Registration in the “Companion” category does not provide access to the rooms where scientific activities related to the program will be taking place. Those registered in this category can enjoy access to the exposition area, the cocktail reception (09/25) and the closing festivities (09/27).
